Kids Parkour
Ages 6-12 

Climbing, Vaulting, Jumping,  and swinging are just the beginning of what your student will learn from our experienced coaches! They will also meet new friends and build lasting friendships!  Watch your child's confidence, coordination, and strength climb to new height's at Kentuckiana Parkour!

Teen Parkour
Ages 13-18

Level up your strength, confidence, and creativity! Our teen parkour classes are all about freedom of movement—vaults, flips, wall runs, and flow. Teens train in a safe, structured environment with expert coaches while pushing their limits and building real-world skills. It’s fitness that feels like fun, with a community that keeps you motivated.

Adult Parkour
Ages 18+

Break free from boring workouts! Our adult parkour classes build strength, agility, and confidence through vaults, climbs, and creative movement. Train in a supportive environment, challenge your limits, and rediscover the fun of fitness. No experience needed—just bring your energy and we’ll guide the rest.

A perfect way to add movement, social time, and fun to the homeschool day! Our homeschool classes build strength, coordination, and confidence through parkour skills like vaults, climbs, and balance challenges. Kids learn in a safe, structured environment from expert instructors while making friends and staying active. Fitness + focus + freedom—all rolled into one!
